That is how homes have been built for decades, and while it gets the job done, it falls short for elevated projects. Having enough light is not the same as having the right light in the right place.
Engineered lighting design is completely different. We use specialized software to calculate exact foot-candles, dimming profiles, and targeted light levels across every room before construction even begins. That digital model becomes an actual construction document, complete with precise fixture schedules, load schedules, and control plans.
