*1) Limited extended hours. We’ll do our best to provide service when a situation requires after hours support.

*2) Remote View & Diagnose: Requires network diagnosis software for off-site troubleshooting and diagnosis.

*3) Remote View, Diagnose and Update: requires VPN Router, Network Diagnosis Software, PoE Switch and/or IP Controlled Surge Protector in order to apply updates, reboots and remote system programming.
