On-Site Support Rates

Response times for site visits will vary based on the existing projects in the queue at time of request. Scheduling priority will be given to projects that are actively engaged in the construction process and to those subscribed to our Maintenance Plan.

In-House Technical Support

Technical support provided over the phone or via email will be billed according to the assistance provided in ¼ hour increments.

If our technical support staff feels that a solution to your request can be provided without the need for a site visit a technician will contact you to provide support.

*Hourly Rates are per man hour

**Additional time will be billed at Standard Installation & Setup, Integrated System & Control Programming OR Labor Only rate per hour, as applicable
