Response times for site visits will vary based on the existing projects in the queue at time of request.
Service Plans
CurrentCare
Our basic service plan. Does not include any remote support. For clients that are tech savvy or are comfortable waiting for the next available time slot for a service call.
Not recommended for most clients that have whole house technology solutions.
No monthly charge. All service is scheduled on-site during normal business hours and billed at our published service rates ($175 for the first half hour and $150 for each additional hour.)
CurrentConnected
Our basic remote support plan. Allows for remote access to your technology systems to provide basic reactive remote support, even outside of business hours. Does not include phone support, so not recommended for clients that are not text and email savvy. Also does not include proactive remote service or proactive on-site visits, which are beneficial for software and firmware updates on medium to large connected systems.
CurrentComplete
Our most popular and complete remote support plan. Allows for remote access to your technology system to provide PROACTIVE remote support, so that problems can be found and solved before you notice them. Also includes an annual proactive service visit (up to 2 hours) for firmware updates, system cleaning, preemptive maintenance, and system upgrade recommendations. Recommended for all clients that have whole house technology solutions.
CurrentConcierge
For the most discerning client. Includes all of the benefits of our CurrentComplete plan, as well as deeper discounts on in person site visits, 2 proactive visits per year
(up to 2 hours each), and top priority scheduling of service calls.
